Frequently asked questions

Why can't I log in to EC Markets MT4 or MT5?
The MT4/MT5 login uses the trading account number, its own password and the correct server name — not the client-area email. Confirm you selected the right server (live vs demo) and reset the trading password from the client area if needed.
Where do I manage my EC Markets account?
Account funding, withdrawals, document verification and opening additional accounts are all done in the client area, which is separate from the trading terminal.
